Known as the corner of the world, Times Square is located at the junction of Broadway and 7th Avenue, between West 42nd Street and West 47nd Street in midtown Manhattan. The most striking feature? The luminous signs. The establishments set up in the area are obliged to install a sign – the lights are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – and the cost of these panels is between $ 5,000 and $ 20,000 per month, per square inch.

TIP: be aware of your surroundings when in Times Square and remember: if you take a picture with a cosplay, you need to tip them. Also, avoid buying souvenirs in the area, it is more expensive. Also, if you are looking for an authentic dining experience, avoid the chain restaurants in the area - you should definitely head to Hell's Kitchen.
