This cute restaurant in Williamsburg is specialized in Pinsa, a Roma Style pizza. The place is the first stateside pinseria offering a modern take on pinsa made with a blend of rice, soy and wheat flour imported directly from Rome. If you guys could, at least, smell it... Don't forget to also order the sweet version - this one with Pistachio cream is just like... incredible!
