Le MAP (Monde des Arts de la Parure) is a small but beautifully curated museum in Marrakech dedicated to Moroccan jewelry, adornment and traditional craftsmanship. It focuses on the cultural significance of ornaments across different regions of Morocco, especially Berber (Amazigh) heritage.
Inside, you’ll find an elegant collection of historical jewelry pieces, including silver necklaces, fibulae (traditional brooches), headpieces and decorative objects that reflect centuries of artisanal skill. The exhibition is thoughtfully presented, often in a calm, minimalist space that allows each piece to stand out and be appreciated in detail.
What makes Le MAP special is its focus on storytelling - it doesn’t just display objects, but explains their meaning, regional origins and role in Moroccan identity. It feels more like a refined cultural experience than a large museum visit, making it perfect for a short but meaningful stop in the city.
