Dhërmi Beach is one of the most famous beaches on the Albanian Riviera, located below the village of Dhërmi. It stretches along a long coastline with crystal-clear turquoise water, white pebbles and dramatic mountains rising behind it.

The beach is partly organized with sunbeds, beach bars and restaurants. It can get quite busy in summer, especially in peak season.

My honest opinion: this is a beautiful beach, but not a hidden gem anymore. The water is genuinely stunning and perfect for swimming, and the setting between mountains and sea is special. However, in summer it can feel very developed and lively, more “resort-style” than wild nature.

Best enjoyed early in the day or in shoulder season if you want it calmer.
