Tigminou | Maison d'hôtes is a charming adults-only hotel located between Aït Benhaddou and Ouarzazate in southern Morocco. Surrounded by palm trees, gardens, olive trees, and traditional Berber architecture, the property feels like a quiet hidden oasis in the middle of Morocco’s desert landscapes.

The atmosphere is incredibly calm and intimate, designed specifically for relaxation and slowing down. Small earthen-style houses built in traditional pisé architecture blend naturally into the surrounding landscape while still offering modern comfort and privacy.

I loved the peaceful garden, pool area, hammam and the warm hospitality from the hosts Johanna and Fabrice. The on-site dinners were also a highlight, combining Moroccan flavors with French culinary influences using fresh local ingredients.
