The Uji i Ftohtë Tepelenë Hotel (often loosely referred to as “Kaltes Wasser Tepelene”) is a 4-star riverside hotel and restaurant complex located along the Vjosa valley road in southern Albania. It sits directly next to a natural spring and river area, surrounded by mountains, greenery and a small waterfall landscape.

The setting is the main highlight: you’re basically staying right in a scenic natural corridor where the river, cliffs, and vegetation create a very calm, almost “hidden resort” feeling. Many rooms and terraces overlook the water, and the whole place is designed to integrate with the landscape rather than sit apart from it.
