Bidaya Rooftop Restaurant Bar by Almaha is located in the Kasbah area. Above the boutique hotel Almaha, it offers wide, open views over the Medina rooftops, with the Atlas Mountains visible in the distance on clear days.

The atmosphere is a mix of bohemian elegance and modern Moroccan design. Think warm lighting, lots of greenery, soft textures and a calm but stylish vibe that slowly transforms throughout the day. During lunch it feels relaxed and airy, but at sunset it becomes one of the most atmospheric places in the city.

The menu is a fusion of Moroccan, Mediterranean, and international dishes, paired with cocktails, wine and mocktails. It’s not overly traditional - it’s more about presentation, atmosphere and a curated dining experience.
