ArtNest Luxury Hotel & Suites is a boutique-style stay in Sarandë that focuses on space, comfort and views rather than big resort facilities. It’s located in a slightly elevated, quieter area above the main promenade, which gives many rooms really nice views over the bay and city.

The suites are spacious, modern, and very clean, often with balconies that are honestly one of the biggest highlights - especially for sunrise or late evening when the city lights come on.

One thing that stands out is the breakfast experience: you can choose from a menu and have it delivered directly to your room or balcony, which adds a more private, relaxed feel compared to standard hotel setups.

This is not a flashy luxury resort, but a very solid, well-designed boutique hotel that does the basics really well. The biggest advantages are the views, room size and calm atmosphere. The only trade-off is the uphill location - you’re about a 10–15 minute walk from the center, which can feel longer on the way back up.
