The Ebu Bekër Mosque is the main mosque in Shkodër, located right in the city center near Sheshi Demokracia. It’s a modern reconstruction of an older mosque that was destroyed during the communist period in Albania, and it has become one of the most recognizable religious buildings in the city.

The architecture is clean and contemporary, with a large dome and minaret that stand out in Shkodër’s skyline. The interior is simple but spacious, reflecting modern Islamic design in Albania.
