If you need a break from Tirana’s busy streets, this is honestly one of the best places to go. The Grand Park of Tirana, also known as Tirana Lake Park, feels like the city’s green lung and gives you a completely different side of the capital. It’s a huge park built around the artificial lake, with wide walking paths, shady trees, little cafés, and lots of locals out walking, jogging or just relaxing. I really like this spot because it doesn’t feel overly touristy — it feels like a place people in Tirana actually use and enjoy every day.
