The Franciscan Church of the Annunciation is a prominent Baroque-style Catholic church located on Prešeren Square in the heart of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Built between 1646 and 1660, it replaced an earlier Gothic church on the same site and is part of a larger complex that includes the adjoining Franciscan Monastery. The church is dedicated to the Annunciation of Mary and features a distinctive salmon-pink façade, which is symbolic of the Franciscan monastic order. The façade was completed around 1700 and was rebuilt in the 19th century, with renovations in 1993.
