Important information: it is important to know that this route should not be attempted by anyone who is not well-equipped and experienced, as there are some definite hazards here, and a possibility that you might find yourself stuck overnight on a mountain slope should you be injured or the weather changes. This is one of the toughest scrambles and weather regions in Alberta, so be mindful of the weather and give yourself plenty of time to return to your vehicle. The descent down the second section is fairly hazardous, especially if you find you wandered off onto another trail by mistake. This is why you also must be able to do some route-finding in addition to the scrambling. The rocks on the scrambling sections are fairly sharp, so bringing gloves is recommended.
