The best way to get around Copenhagen is by bike! A great flexible option is to use Donkey Republic rentals. However, as one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world, I would only recommend biking in Copenhagen if you are a very comfortable bike rider. Otherwise, Copenhagen isn't a very big city and is very accessible by bike or transit.
