Casa Gilardi is the last project by the famous Mexican architect Luis Barragán and a must-see when visiting Mexico City.

You’re going to fall in love with its colors, unique décor, impressive volumes, and the grand jacaranda tree reigning over the interior patio.

A fun fact is that, despite being open to visitors, Casa Gilardi is still inhabited!

🌿My opinion🌿

I was captivated by the interior pool and the colorful walls, but I didn’t feel especially welcomed during our visit. 💦🍉 We were received by the landlords’ son, and it felt more like a teacher reprimanding his students than a warm welcome.
