Once a 19th-century flour mill, this massive brick building now houses the Hilton Molino Stucky, with one of the best rooftop views in all of Venice. From the bar or the edge of the rooftop pool, you can see San Marco, the Grand Canal, and beyond — especially magical at sunset.

You don’t need to be a guest to enjoy the rooftop bar, but prices match the view. Still, for a splurge aperitivo, it’s unforgettable.

Tip: Go around 6–7 PM. Dress slightly upscale, and prepare for stunning golden light over the skyline.
