Pottery kebab is one of the most popular Cappadocia dishes and is a traditional Anatolian cuisine. The meat simmers in a clay pot for minimum of 4 hours and the waiter breaks the pot in front of you with a hammer when served. It was probably my favorite dish during my trip.
