Landslide Lake is located in Strathcona Provincial Park on Vancouver Island. We camped at the nearby campground to break up the hiking, as it’s 21km roundtrip. It can be completed as a day hike as well, but just start early in the day. This is a popular hike, so be prepared to see lots of people on the trail! There is a couple campgrounds along the trail to the lake, and we stayed at the closest one to Landslide Lake which was 3km away. It’s first come first serve, and you pay a small fee at the trailhead parking lot.
