One of Rome's hidden gems, the Arco dei Banchi is located in the Santo Spirito neighborhood in Rome. This narrow street, not far from Ponte degli Angeli, often goes unnoticed by visitors, but it is very charming. There is a starred sky painted on the ceiling and a statue of a Madonna. An interesting detail is a plaque that commemorates the oldest flood in the history of Rome, which occurred in 1277.
