L'Orto Botanico di Brera is a botanical garden in the heart of Brera. Established in 1774 with the aim of educating students in medicine and pharmacology, the park consists of various sections where you can admire numerous species of plants and different trees.

This is one of my favorite places in Milan, perfect for taking a break from the city's chaos. It's located right within the Pinacoteca di Brera, and despite being in a highly visited area of Milan, not many people know with it. I highly recommend taking a stroll here and the best time is definitely during spring or summer.
