Marchesi 1824 is a historic pastry shop in Milan. This one is located in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, but the original pastry shop is located in Corso Magenta.

Marchesi is very popular, mostly among tourist visiting Milan. You'll likely have to queue for a while to get a table, or you can just grab something at the counter, but you'll still have to wait a bit to enter.

They have a wide selection of pastries and you could enjoy a stunning perspective of the galleria.

This is not my usual go to spot, too much crowded, but it's a really nice spot.

Prices at Marchesi are definitely higher than average, but nothing crazy compared to standard prices of cities like London or Paris.
