The botanical gardens of Villa Melzi in Bellagio are one of the most charming parks in Lake Como. The park offers scenic views over the lake and that's why it's between my favourite places in Lake Como.

It's only possible to visit the botanical garden as the villa is private, and the actual owner still lives inside

To visit the park the adult ticket is €10 and it's usually opened from March until October. As many other places in Lake Como it's closed from November to March.

If you are in Bellagio a visit to this place is a must :)
