Admire sculptures, urban plans, personal tools, and more as you explore the Hendrik Christian Andersen Museum in Rome. This iconic house-museum is filled with original furniture, artworks, and decorative features from Andersen's career and it's a unique glimpse into an early 1900s artist's life.

The museum is free to visit, and since it's not very popular, it's likely you'll have it all to yourself, as happened to me. Wandering between the statues and admiring Andersen's works is such a beautiful experience! Highly recommended if you want to see something off the beaten track.
