Milan, Italy
The Olympic Village for Milano Cortina 2026 is located in the Scalo Romana / Porta Romana area in the south-east of Milan, on the site of the former Porta Romana rail yard, now one of the city’s most exciting urban regeneration projects.
🚇 Public Transport Options
Metro (M3 – Yellow Line)
Take Metro Line M3 (Yellow) and get off at Lodi TIBB station.
From Lodi TIBB, it’s a short walk (about 800 m) toward the Olympic Village area.
Suburban Trains (S Lines)
Use suburban trains (e.g., S1, S2, S9) that stop at Scalo Romana station — one of the closest railway stops to the Village.
From Scalo Romana, it’s an easy walk of roughly 1 km to the heart of the Village area.
🚶♀️ Walking & Local Access
Once you arrive at either Lodi TIBB or Scalo Romana station, the Olympic Village is within walking distance, typically 10–15 minutes on foot depending on your pace.
This makes the Village easy to reach not only during event days but also for exploring the surrounding Porta Romana district, which is packed with cafés, shops, and local spots worth discovering.
