It's an artificial hill, cleverly created from the redevelopment of the old Pirelli factory, in late february/march blooming with various species of cherry trees. You can take a winding spiral path or the more direct stairs to the top for lovely views, especially when the cherry blossoms create a canopy of pink and white in the spring.
