Reykjanes Lighthouse, located on Bæjarfell hill in Reykjanes, is a popular landmark in Iceland. Built in 1907-1908 to replace the original lighthouse on Valahnúkur, it stands at 26 meters tall with a lightsignal height of 69 meters above sea level. Designed by architect Frederik Kjørboe and engineer Thorvald Krabbe, this iconic lighthouse is under the supervision of the Icelandic Maritime Administration. Visitors can enjoy stunning views from this historic site while exploring the rugged beauty of the Reykjanes Peninsula.
