To get here, I'd suggest taking the Ehrwalder Almbahn cable car up to save your energy for the best part. From the top station, it's a pleasant and relatively easy hike of about 1.5 to 2 hours along a wide gravel path, making it a great day out for the whole family. You'll wander through beautiful forests and past lush meadows before the breathtaking view of the lake opens up before you—it's a sight you won't soon forget.
