⛰️ Distance & Elevation: 6 km round trip | 410 m elevation gain
🌅 Best for: Hiking, paragliding, and panoramic bay views
💡 Tip: Bring water and good shoes — it’s steep but quick!
During our Gaspésie road trip, we made a stop at Mont Saint-Pierre, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the journey. The hike is short but steep, with a steady climb that rewards you with incredible panoramic views once you reach the top. From the summit, you can admire the bay, the surrounding cliffs, and the valley stretching out on the other side — it’s truly breathtaking.
The place is also known for paragliding, and watching people take off from the top adds a unique touch to the experience. It’s a great mix of adventure and scenery. After the hike, we took some time to walk along the shoreline — and if you’re feeling brave, you can even take a quick dip in the bay (the water’s cold but refreshing!).
It’s a must-do stop in Gaspésie — quick, scenic, and full of that wild coastal charm.
