Starting point: To begin the hike, take the express boat from Reine to Vinstad. Route: From the Vinstad ferry landing, the trail begins along a wide, gravel path that leads you beside the water for about 2 km. This section is flat and easy to follow, making it a pleasant walk with the fjord on one side and majestic mountains on the other. The trail is well-maintained and marked, so it’s easy to stay on track as you progress towards the end of the fjord. As you near the end of the fjord, you’ll encounter a fork in the trail. The trail narrows and becomes more rugged, but it's still easy to follow. After about 15 minutes of walking uphill, you’ll reach a small saddle, where you'll be rewarded with expansive views of both Vinstad and the beach in the distance. At this point, you’ll begin the final descent toward Bunes Beach.
