Stew chicken, empanadas, tacos, shrimp fritters, plantain soup

Black and White Garifuna Restaurant & Cultural Center is a hidden gem in San Pedro, Belize. Owned by the lovely Ms. Julia Martinez, this place is so much more than just a restaurant. It's a vibrant hub of Garifuna culture, with colorful artwork, informative signs, and even a gift shop. The food is absolutely delicious, with hearty Garifuna dishes that blend Caribbean and African flavors. Their signature dish, Hudut, is a coconut soup that is out of this world. And if you're feeling adventurous, they even have fiery habanero peppers to spice things up. Trust me, you won't be disappointed when you visit Black and White Garifuna Restaurant.
