An interesting highway bridge

The Črni Kal Viaduct is an impressive multi-arched highway bridge that looks best from the old coastal road below rather than from a passing car. You can pull into a small roadside parking/viewpoint and walk a few minutes for wide-angle photos and shots up through the arches, but do not stop on the motorway and avoid walking on the bridge itself. Visit at sunrise or sunset for the best light, dress for wind and uneven ground, and expect no toilets or cafés on site. If you plan to fly a drone, check local rules and keep clear of traffic and people. It's very rare to see the fog at this location, but the best chance is in winter during windless days. Best time to photography is during blue hour using long exposure to get the light streaks from passing cars.
