Where to stay

Hong Kong is an expensive city, so hotels aren't cheap however I wanted to recommend a few for different budgets. I personally really enjoy Hong Kong Island so I'd stay there if I was going again. The best hotel I've stayed at was the Upper house, however the Ritz Carlton wasn't far behind with the highest pool in the world!

High budget - Upper house, Ritz Carlton, Island Shangri-La,

Medium budget - Hotel ICON, The Fleming, Hong Kong

Low budget - Eaton HK, ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan,
