Beautiful guesthouse Located just off ring road one. With all you need and grate view

We are pleased to offer a small experience showing you life around our farm so you can get to know traditional farming in Iceland and the caring of animals that go with it!

You can take part and be hands-on with taking care of all the animals, including bottle-feeding the baby lambs, along with the sheep, bulls, pigs, and goats. On our property, we have 4 Icelandic horses, and you can also book a special ´´Horse hour’´ for 1-2 persons at a time. This includes feeding, petting, and the possibility of a short ride on ‘Freya’, our 18-year-old Mare.

This experience differs with the seasons, but in Summer the trip would be around 60 minutes, leaving from and returning to Litlabjarg Guesthouse. May is another great time to join us – it´s Lambing season! After sheltering for most of the Winter, the sheep and their young´uns are about to head to the hills to roam freely. It´s a great opportunity to be around the new arrivals.
