Hop around in natural rock pools

Buley Rockholes in Litchfield National Park are a must-visit if you're in Australia's Top End. It's like a natural waterpark hidden in the bush, with interconnected rock pools and small waterfalls that make it perfect for a day of swimming and relaxation. When I was there, the main pools were lively and crowded, so I headed to the upper pools for a quieter experience. They're shallow but peaceful, great for just chilling out and enjoying the surroundings.

For the more adventurous, the deeper pools are where the action is. You'll find people diving, flipping, and cannonballing into the water. There are even natural rock formations that serve as diving boards if you're up for some fun jumps!

Each pool offers something different, some are calm and shallow, while others are deeper and more energetic. Surrounded by the lush greenery of the park and the soothing sounds of flowing water, it's a refreshing escape from the heat.
