Fort Fincastle is a cool fort in Nassau, The Bahamas, built back in 1793 to protect the city from pesky pirates. Shaped like a paddle steamer, it sits on Society and Bennet's Hills overlooking Nassau and Paradise Island. Visitors can check it out by climbing the Queen’s Staircase. This fort used to be a lighthouse too, but that gig ended in 1817 when a new one popped up on Paradise Island. So, now it's just a rad historic site with cannons and a howitzer.
