This is a beautiful hike where you will see several mountain lakes with a beautiful mountain village. I have been there at the beginning of June and there was still snow. It's even better when the snow is melted and everything is green (probably at the end of June).

The hike is 13.6km long when you use for the first and steepest part the funicular (which I would recommend, otherwise it will be a lot longer).

• There is also a restaurant (Ristoro Taneda) at the Lago di Cadagno and a mountain hut where you can sleep and eat as well (Capanna Cadagno). If you want you can also buy some homemade cheese here: (cheese shop).
