Vettakollen viewpoint in Oslo is perfect for a winter hike with views of the Oslofjord. In my opinion the best view you get of the city! Take the subway to Vettakollen and follow the signs towards the trail. Remember spikes if it's icy!

If you want a longer hike you can hike back to Sognsvann and take the subway from there to the city :)
