This viewpoint provides an excellent view of the north coast, the Arco de São Jorge parishes and the Atlantic Ocean. Miradouro das Cabanas or "Cabanas viewpoint" is a place which still little known to travelers in Madeira. It is located between São Jorge and Arco de São Jorge in Santana. On clear days, you can see the neighbouring island of Porto Santo. You can set your tripod right at the viewpoint.
