Make sure to bring your bathing suit to Manarola because there is a great swim spot in the harbour. It has places to jump in off the rocks, ladders to get back up, and a ton of space to lay down and suntan.

We visited in the afternoon and loved relaxing here. Our advice: arrive for the 10:30 AM Pesto Experience, hike The Blue Path, and finish it all off with a swim in the ocean.
