This restaurant is one of our personal favorites in Fairbanks. Not only is the building adorable (I love their solarium) but their food is delicious and they use local, fresh ingredients whenever possible and every dish is made in house. My go to is their Chipotle Chicken with a side of their chips and salsa. Watch our visit here.
