Located on the 18th floor of The Marmara Pera hotel, it is an elegant and minimalist restaurant with a panoramic terrace overlooking the city lights and the Bosphorus. The chef and owner, Mehmet Gürs, of Finnish origins, combines Turkish techniques and ingredients with those of Scandinavia to offer contemporary and sophisticated cuisine. The menu changes regularly and features creative and seasonal dishes, made with local and organic ingredients. Here too, a well-deserved Michelin star.
