The San José Cathedral in Antigua is a historic church that was destroyed by earthquakes in 1773. Initially built in 1545, the cathedral underwent several reconstructions and in 1804, it became the Parish of San José and still operates within the remnants of the old cathedral.

They are beautiful grounds to walk around in and admire the architecture.
