The Eating Establishment is a local institution located in Park City and opened in 1972. A small group of locals recently acquired the bar, giving it a bit of a spruce up with the added bar. The menu preserves classic comfort food with fun cocktails created by Bar X and a variety of beers. Open 8am-4pm and 5-9pm, guests can explore tantalizing breakfast all day items such as three egg omelette, corned beef hash and eggs skillet, and hungry miner skillet. Lunch provides unique dishes like Grilled fish tacos, Reuben Sandwiches, and Jeff's Burger with their handmade chips or fries. Guests can also indulge in the tasty House Specialties featured from 5pm until close.
