If the highly regarded Michelin Guide featured cafes this one would get 3 stars! Skool Beans Cafe is my favourite cafe along the Ring Road . In a converted yellow school bus they serve up perhaps the best coffee of Iceland ☕️, so start your day here before hitting the road.
