Nagataya in Hiroshima is one of the most famous Okonomiyaki restaurants in Hiroshima, one of my absolute favourite dishes in Japan! Portions here are huge - expect a little bit of a wait, especially on weekends. They can cater to allergies and food restrictions and are vegetarian-friendly.
