When we talk about the great hiking trails of Corsica, the first one that comes to mind is the famous GR20, the Grande Randonnée that cuts the island from northwest to southeast (about 200 km of trail). We stayed in a beautiful park famous for its red granite outcrops: we are talking about "le Aiguilles de Bavella" (The Forks of Bavedda). The landscapes are unbelievably beautiful creating a picturesque setting between large rock walls and pine trees. We were so impressed by a large stone altar dedicated to the Virgin Mary, with many testimonies of graces received and prayers. Of course, it is chilly in June.

🇮🇹 Quando parliamo dei grandi sentieri escursionistici della Corsica il primo che viene in mente è il famoso GR20, la Grande Randonnée che taglia l'isola da nord-ovest a sud-est (circa 200 km di percorso). Noi siamo stati in uno splendido parco famoso per i suoi spuntoni di granito rosso: stiamo parlando del "le Aiguilles de Bavella" (I Forchi di Bavedda). I paesaggi sono incredibilmente belli che creano un ambiente pittoresco tra grandi pareti rocciose e pini. Ci ha colpito tantissimo un grande altare di pietra dedicato alla Vergine Maria, con tante testimonianze di grazie ricevute e di preghiere. Naturalmente fa freddino a Giugno.
