We stayed at Salamat Guest House, which came highly recommended to us by other travellers. It's a family home in the heart of the village, just up from the Destination Jyrgalan Office.

Nazira is a welcoming host who cooks delicious traditional meals for guests, plus her family are incredibly friendly (Nazira speaks good english).

They have a new A Frame guesthouse in the back garden with two ensuite rooms available. The dining room is located inside the family home. We paid 2300 som per person for a bed, breakfast and dinner (2-3 people). Tea and snacks are also available all day in the dining room.
