I've been on several boats on La Seine, and Vedette du Pont Neuf has never disappointed. One-hour boat tours along the Seine, the best time is at sunset (so check when the sun goes down and purchase tickets in advance for that moment of the day). Get there early to choose your seats, as it can get crowded.
