Aoshima, also known as Cat Island, is a small island in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, famous for its abundance of feline residents and dwindling human population. With cats outnumbering people by a significant margin, the island has become a popular destination for cat lovers and tourists looking to interact with the furry inhabitants.

To be completely honest, I was on an emotional roller coaster for this one. Initially, it was difficult to see how unhealthy the cats looked. After some time, I felt more comfortable knowing that the people living on the island and the visitors were there to give love to the cats. However, it doesn't change the fact that this place is in need of help. I hope anyone visiting can bring love, affection, and support.
