IT🇮🇹 L'Antelope Canyon è un luogo incredibile da esplorare e da fotografare. Abbiamo prenotato la nostra visita all'Antelope Canyon tramite GetYourGuide (poiché fa parte della Navajo Reservation non è incluso nel pass annuale e può essere visitato solo con un tour e una guida Navajo). Il Canyon è diviso in due aree, l'Upper e il Lower. Online molti consigliavano l'Upper perché dicevano fosse più suggestivo, ma per la data del nostro arrivo non c'era disponibilità (prenotate i biglietti con largo anticipo perché oltre a essere piuttosto costosi si esauriscono rapidamente) e abbiamo dovuto "ripiegare" sul Lower. Non avremmo potuto fare una scelta migliore! A dispetto di quanto letto, il Lower Canyon è davvero impressionante e con molta meno folla di turisti rispetto all'Upper (e con prezzi leggermente inferiori). Le sfumature di arancione sulle pareti dell'Antelope sembrano dipinte! NOTA BENE: a Page l'ora segnata dai nostri telefoni sembrava essere impazzita, quando il mio segnava le 9 di mattina quello di Alessio segnava le 8. Questo perchè ci troviamo in una zona di confine e lo stato dell'Arizona non applica l'ora legale mentre la Navajo Nation da marzo a novembre si. Perciò accertatevi bene dell'orario della vostra prenotazione all'Antelope!

EN🇬🇧 Antelope Canyon is an incredible place to explore and photograph. We booked our visit to Antelope Canyon through GetYourGuide (since it is part of the Navajo Reservation is not included in the annual pass and can only be visited with a tour and a Navajo guide). The Canyon is divided into two areas, the Upper and Lower. Online many people recommended the Upper because they said it was more impressive, but for the date of our arrival there was no availability (book tickets well in advance because in addition to being rather expensive they sell out quickly) and we had to "fall back" on the Lower. We could not have made a better choice! In spite of what we read, the Lower Canyon is really impressive and with far fewer tourist crowds than the Upper (and slightly lower prices). The shades of orange on the Antelope walls look like they were painted on! PLEASE NOTE: In Page the time marked by our phones seemed to have gone crazy, when mine read 9 a.m. Alessio's read 8 a.m. This is because we are in a border area and the state of Arizona does not apply daylight saving time while the Navajo Nation from March to November does. So make sure of the time on your reservation at Antelope!
