Tokyo Aburagumi Sohonten Shibuya is a popular spot in Tokyo known for its delicious dry ramen, also known as abura soba. The dish may look simple at first glance, but once you mix it up and take that first slurp, the savory umami flavor hits you right in the taste buds. With a focus on high-quality noodles and a secret tare sauce recipe.
This was our first noodle dish in Tokyo and we might be biased but we kept talking about it the whole trip as it was literally SO GOOD.
An absolute recommendation! There's various locations around Tokyo.
